Non-adhesive shelf liner vs. tile

Pooka (my 9 month year old female beardie) is currently being treated for a moderate case of coccidia. Up until now, I've used tile as her substrate. I temporarily switched over to non-adhesive shelf liner, as I figured I'd have to do a lot of cleaning while she's getting treatment.

I'm finding the non-adhesive shelf-liner is a lot easier to clean, and bugs are less likely to hide underneath.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't just make this shift permanent? I'm moving in a few weeks, and it would be great if I didn't have to lug heavy tile with me!

I switched from the reptile carpet to the non adhesive shelf liner over a year ago, I love it, so easy to clean.

If it's working for you, keep it =). It's an easy to clean and fairly durable substrate so there's no reason to change if you don't want to.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
