Would it be okay to place my heat lamp above uvb ?

Here are some pictures of the enclosure. I was wondering if the uvb could withstand the heat. The screen top with dividers makes it hard for me to place it exactly where I want it. The spot circled is where I want to move it to. I appreciate the feedback

If you have at least a few inches of spacing it should be OK. The basking light and fixture can get hot enough to melt plastic but really only if they are in contact or very close to it.

That said, have you considered suspending the basking light above the tank using an adjustable stand? This helps you to be able to adjust the heat that is projected onto the basking area.

What I was wondering is if the fluorescent light would be able to handle the heat from the basking bulb with them being so close

Yeah as long as you have a little bit of space it should be OK. The bulb is metal and glass so they shouldn't be affected. Just the plastic pieces of the fixture which should be fine with a little bit of spacing. The temps drop very quickly as you move away from the basking light & fixture.
