Lighting for 75 gallon?

Hi, I have been reading through all the great information on the forum but it's a little overwhelming and after looking around for a long time I am still not quite sure what I need. (Please excuse the newbie question).

We just got a 6 month old beardie yesterday. She came with a 75 gallon tank, 4 feet long, 18 inches wide. The included lighting is a fluorescent coil bulb. I know that's no good. So I need tube lighting, Reptisun 10. I've gotten that far...

Questions:
-HO or regular
T5 or T8? Looks like T5 is right, I think?
-24", 34", or two 18s, or ?
-What fixture for these? Something I can get at say Home Depot, or reptile specialty?
-inside mount or top of mesh?
Also I need an CHE. Does brand matter?
I'm looking at Pet Mountain to order. Open to others though.
thanks!

On the CHE--100 watt or 150?
I was going to get a 100watt, but the manufacturer recommends 150 for a 75 gallon tank. But if I'm just looking to get a sleeping spot up to temp overnight, then 100 watt, yes? It goes down to 62 in that room at night.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
