Am i allowe to have a red infrared light on at night for my 5 months old beardie after i shut off my basking light and uvb light at night , im im michigan so its really cold but the house is always 70 degrees but is that too low at night or fine during the day the basking side is 110 the highest and the cool side is 80 the lowest

Hi there,

No, red lights are not good at all for your bearded dragon! They interrupt their sleep patterns
70 degrees is perfectly fine for nighttime, and I wouldn’t suggest much higher than that at night because it’s good for reptiles to have a temperature drop just like they would in their natural habitat. All your temps seem good;)
