Is this a good setup?

Hi, I am new here and a new owner. I just want to make sure that the setup I have provided is a good one for my new dragon. I just got Draggy (temp name till sexed) today and haven't "seen" him/her eat but I got about 50 crickets and a bucket of meal worms. I know meal worms aren't ideal at this age but I am very good about picking freshly molted worms and avoiding those about to molt. In any case, I think he/she ate most of the crickets but hasn't touched the worms. Has had one poo today and it looks healthy. Draggy seems to spend all of its time on the rock it's sitting on in the picture basking all day. The basking rock is 109f peak temperature, 105f average and the cool side is between 77 and 85f. Any suggestions or concerns are openly welcomed.

P.S. Sorry for the poor image quality... cheap phone.

Hi there, it looks pretty good for your cute little one. :) You might add a nice basking branch to get closer to the uvb bulb. You can even get one from outside [ nothing with sap or pine ] Pop it in a preheated 250 oven for 45 minutes to sterilize it and you have free cage decor. Or you can just move the rock closer to the uvb bulb.

What kind of uvb is it by the way ?

Yeah I was planning on going outside and getting a couple branches of varying sizes and sterilizing them. The UVB is a Reptisun 10.0 T8 15w fluorescent tube. I heard those where the best

Hello,

The overall setup looks good.
It's hard to tell from the picture, but is the Reptisun 10 tube mounted on the back wall, or
directly overhead?
As suggested, definitely try to get it mounted 6-8 inches from her.
It sounds like Draggy is doing well & eating pretty good for just being rehomed with you.

The reptisun is overhead directly in the middle between the center and back of the tank. Just woke up for the first time with him/her. Still a few crickets but haven't seen draggy eat any and provided a dish of worms w/repcal +d3. Just been basking so far today. So cute though

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
