New to Beardies, need help with basking spot

Hello, I recently purchased a bearded dragon, and I have it in a 20 gallon long tank. For his basking spot, I have a 150 watt bulb about ten inches from the highest point. I realized this may be too hot, but the beardie seems to stay there and at times opens its mouth for a short period of time. Should I keep my basking set up as it is now, or reduce the wattage of my bulb?

Also, the beardie is a juvenile.

You need a digital thermometer with probe or a gun type thermometer to measure the temps. The basking spot should be around 105 and cool end around 80.
