How close can the dragon be to the UVB and basking l

How close to the UVB and basking lights are too close? Will the dragon stay far enough away from the sources to not get hurt or should I make adjustments to the cage so he can't get close to them? See the image below.

Reptiles can and do get close enough to lamps (especially heat) to burn themselves. Out of reach (6"+) is the minimum, many basking lamps have a spot light effect that doesn't go away until 12-14" away though.

UVB (it oils liek you have a T8) should be no closer than 6"
