Updated my tank(mounted fixture inside) Is this set up OK?

Hello fellow Beardie owners. Today I went out to my local Ace Hardware and purchased a cheap 18" fluorescent light fixture. I am using the 18" Reptisun 10.0 T8 tube bulb. I was tired of taking the other UVB fixture I had off the top of the mesh screen so I decided to go ahead and mount it inside, as Iv'e seen lots of others do the same. Is this set up ok? Is the light fixture too close to him? His basking area stays at about 101-108 degrees. Here's some pics of Kratos soaking up some rays.

That should be OK. Rule of thumb is about 6-8'' but as long as he can't reach it, then it shouldn't be a problem.
