My orange, hypo, leatherback, Sweetie.

The last time I posted pics of Sweetie she was about 10 inches give or take. I wanted to submit some pics of her for this years Beardie calendar but she has been in almost constant shed for a while due to her fast growth rate. Lol she literally sheds her head and rear legs, then her front legs, body and tail, then sheds her mouth and nose, and then starts the exact cycle over again.anyway she is 14 inches and 126 grams. She keeps getting brighter with age and each shed and although it's been hard the get the pics I want lately, these are close. Hopefully she will give me a short window without shedding soon and I'll be able to capture her beautiful "happy colors" of almost neon orange with a bright yellow head. But I know you guys know that no matter what the situation, we the owners are always on "beardie time" ?

She's a nice looking dragon. Sounds like she's busy growing nice and big as quickly as possible =).

Thanks for the comment. I love showing her off. I originally got her as a rescue and I've never really been too much of a lizard person I've always been more into snakes, but having a bearded dragon has definitely changed my view on that. It's been a fun learning experience to say the least.
