How is he responding to time outside? It's great to provide him with natural sunlight, especially if he is acting calm or curious. Do be careful of hawks/large birds when he is out and about.

For the most part I think he loves it he lays flat in my hand and sticks his tongue out lol and he's never alone outside he's always with me if he hears a bird he jumps lol

He has gotten very aggressive idk why but he want let anybody touch him and he thinks i have food in my hand everytime i reach in and try to pick him up
