If you can let him out for longer than 20 minutes --- even an hour would be good-- his tank is not as big as it should be -- if you can upgrade to something bigger in the future would be good -- look for a 75-120 gallon tank -- he will be alot happier in something that size-- and he wont want out as much w the floor space --- letting him for an hour or so might help as well w/ him not wanting out -- is doing glass surfing? You can always set up pillows to block areas you dont want him under-- I dont want mine under my couch so I am always watching him when he goes to the floor from the chair I set him on which is in front of my LR window -- if you can set him up so he can see out the window -- they like to look outside -- that way you can keep an eye on him ---
