Orange throated skink?

So I saw a skink called "Trachylepis striata" and I cannot find any information on it, using the Latin name or the English and I'm so confused, I've wanted a skink for a while and I found this one pretty cheap, but I would never get something without knowing what their care is, so has anyone had experience with these guys?
