SHE'S EATING!!!

After almost a year of refusing to eat on her own and having to be force-fed, my beautiful June is finally eating on her own again! She caught and ate 12 mealworms for me tonight. I'm so proud of her I could just burst. And I'm thrilled that this will (hopefully!) be the end of force-feeding. :blob8:

She ate for me again tonight! Only 5 this time, but that's still a huge improvement over none. I really hope this keeps up - I hate force-feeding her! I really hadn't realized the state of the mealworm shortage though. I had to drive halfway across the city to get some, and the ones I got were tiny, and half of them are dead! It's going to take quite a while to get them fed up to the proper size. Good thing I still have a few left from the last batch.
