I need tank help

Hello all!
I have a Cumberland Slider turtle that I brought during a beach trip (impulse buy) I named it Winter (dolphin tale, BEST MOVIE next to httyd!) Winter shares a 10 gal tank with my female betta, Emma. Does anyone know of a diy turtle dock using household items?

UPDATE: Winter is now in a 20 gallon long tank (with Emma) and I bought a large turtle hide/basking platform. As well as a turtle heat bulb, UVB bulb, TWO fish filters, and two water heaters. Just wanted to let y'all know. :D
