Temp changes??? Help please

I was just curious when I need to start changing my temps for the boys. They are about 8-9 months old now. I still have them set to juvenile temps and Cooper seems to be gaping a lot more these days. Am I overheating my little man?

I really didn't get answers. I have been winging it for now. If they seem to be gaping I turn them down awhile. So if anyone wants to help out I'm listening :D
