Do I need to supplement with any vitamins?

I have a healthy 3.5 year old bearded dragon. He has been eating dubia roaches as a staple the whole time. I usually dust with repashy calcium plus with every feeding. My wife is sick of having a dubia colony in our garage so I want to switch to BSFL as a staple. From what I have read I shouldn't have to dust the BSFL but should I add any calcium or vitamins to his veggies?

You don't need to supplement the veges. Just offer a variety of fresh items in the salads and they should provide the needed nutrients. The supplements are to make up for nutrients that are lacking in the bugs that are typically included in the wild. BSFL are a good option, but I would rotate to a few different bugs once in a while to keep offering a variety. Having some hard shelled bugs once in a while can help keep their teeth and gums healthy vs always offering soft bugs.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
