Ignore the kale thing its a great staple feeder
Salads every day -
Depending on how old the dragon is insects every day at least twice per day for a dragon under a year- feed as many as the dragon will eat in a 10-15 time frame
Adult dragons insects 2-3 times per week
Worms can be added as treats

Dried fruit never. Beardies need hydration from their food

Lettuce never. Too much moisture compared to the vitamins and fiber, acts like a laxative.

Rose petals my girl sometimes eat 1-2 in a day when I have fresh petals. I use it as herb so occasional food.

Other leafy greens daily. Dark leafy greens larger amount. Herbs like cilantro a sprig or some leaves over the top.

Mealworms. Seem more like a treat food once a week. I am biased on this one!

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
