Juvenile Beardie, cricket shortage

Currently there is a cricket shortage going on where i live. I’ve just bought my first beardie, a long time dream of mine, and after some research i saw that mealworms and dry food isn’t good for them. Currently, that’s all that is available. He/she hasn’t touched the dry food, even though i moistened it. I don’t know what to do at this point, I don’t want to screw this up. Please- Any tips?

Most of these places ship pretty fast - in the mean time check your pet store for some super worms - - or look for some phoenix worms some pet stores carry them - if you get super worms only feed 1-3 on top of his salads you do not want him becoming addicted to those worms --- feed him those every morning on top of his salads -- he is eating salads correct? do you have the website for nutrition? Let me know what you get -- you can keep the dubia roaches in a 10 gallon plastic tote or a 10 gallon aquarium feed them dubia food along w/ carrots for hydration or squash --- do not feed your dragon carrots too if your feeding the roaches too much Vit A
