Today at Publix the regular organic dandelion greens were looking sad (the leaves seem like they froze and were mostly damaged.)
Next to the regular greens, there were Red Dandelion Greens and they looked beautiful so I grabbed two bunches.
Then i started googling out of an abundance of caution and now I’m not sure what a red dandelion green is, if it is a dandelion green at all, and most of all if it is safe for the dragon currently in my possession (who adores regular dandelion greens, bell pepper slivers, and butternut squash curls).
Can someone please help me out here?

And what exactly is a red dandelion green? Like what plant does it come from?
