Found little white worms looking thing in my dubias bin

So bought some dubias online and they had some cleaner Beatles and another longer looking one I put some roaches in a dish and I saw a tiny white worm looking thing in with them curious if its harmful to my beardie or if anyone has seen it before

It was just one I went through my big bin with a flash light and couldn't see anymore was wondering if it was just larva from the clean up crews inside with the roaches that were sent

Could be a soil neomotode. Google neomotode and see if it matches what you saw
