Veggies - How To?

Hi all! I was just wondering - how do ya'll prepare your veggies? Do you shred them, slice them into cubes, or perhaps cooked to a paste? I just want to make sure my beardies have the easiest time eating them and so they don't have trouble or anything. I'm talking sweet potatoes, squash, bell peppers, etc. Also, is Bok Choy a good staple for their daily salad? Thanks,

For my Petey, who is adult, I tear his greens into about quarter size pieces. Slice summer squashes, like yellow and zucchini and then cut each slice into small, worm size rectangles. Hard squashes, like butternut or sweet potato or carrots, I shred because they are so hard. I don't cook anything either. When I add a grape or berry or 2, I cut them in 4 pcs. He gets his salad every day, and protein every 3 days, but again, he's adult, 2.5 yrs old.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
