Chia and Flax Sprouts

I've been trying to find information on whether or not chia and/or flax sprouts are something decent to feed to beardies. I'm trying to sprout some right now, and it would be awesome to have something that fresh to be able to give mine (assuming he'd eat them  ), especially since our one grocery store sometimes doesn't have any decent greens. Anyone know if they're okay and how often they could be fed?

I believe Flax & Chia sprouts are high in phosphorus and should be treated like brussel sprouts. Only on rare occasions and with supplemental calcium dusted on their insects.

Not sure about the flax, but chia is also pretty high in fat content. And they are very high in phosphorus.

I'd agree with Aboo, Occasionally used only imo.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
