best staple feeder

I’ve fed my baby Beardie, small locusts, small crickets, a few meal worms and now I’m onto Phoenix worms. The Phoenix worms are by far the easiest and he loves them. He’s eats about 45 a day & they’re easier for me to feed him. I hated feeding him crickets they’re a nightmare and he wasn’t too interested in them. I was just wondering if it’ll be okay to keep him on Phoenix worms Or if they’re not good for him. I’ve read that they’re the best staple food and I’ve also read that they’re too high in fat ??

They are high in calcium content and other beneficial contents. They are a great choice for a staple feeder.
I feed dubia roaches mainly.
I dont feed crickets because of many reasons, main one is they tend to carry parasites.

Me too w/ Gormagon response -- dubias are the best but if your having better luck w/ the phoenix worms go for it!! Butter worms and horn worms are great for treats as well - Hiccup does not care for super worms and I have never given him meal worms-- you might try some dubias --- you can get them from amazon and they are so much easier take care of and they dont stink!! :)

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
