If I am feeding my beard is Kale twice a week does he still need Calcium supplements or can I just do a multivitamin once a week?

Are you feeding your beardie Kale twice a week?
If so you may want to feed less Kale and more of the other types of greens noted on this site.

Kale is high oxylates, so it is best to not feed that as a daily staple.
And yes an adult dragon should be getting calcium supplementation at about 3-4 times per week and the multivitamin 2 times per week.
