Is buttercup pumpkin safe?

We don’t have butternut squash very often here so thought I would ask - is buttercup pumpkin safe?

That should be a nice healthy option to include in a salad on a regular basis. I like to offer a wide variety of squash/pumpkin.

I assume it’s best raw and grated?

I keep this list book marked on my phone. I’ll grate mine or sometimes cook it a little and mash it up, depending on which squash it might be.

You can offer it cooked or raw. I usually offer squash raw. Grated or cut into worm/matchstick shapes.
