How many dubais per day for an adult?

I'm going to switch my beardie over to dubias but I've got no clue on the amount to order. Sapphire is an adult (around 9 years) so how many dubias (medium or small) should she get per week? I've gotten no good answer from googling it so i figured I would just ask.

I give my adult all he wants (he's usually full within 10 minutes) once or twice per week. This usually winds up being 5-10 large/adult roaches. He mainly eats veges and gets a nice big salad every day.
