For crickets, I've had good luck using premium crickets. There are different vendors for different kinds of worms. SymtonBSF does a nice job with black soldier fly larvae. Great Lakes Hornworm ships healthy hornworms. I've had good luck with coastal silkworms for silks (when they are in stock).
