I am a new dragon owner and I have heard a lot of different opinions on feeding bearded dragons meal worms and it’s been really confusing so if anyone can help i would really appreciate it
Thoughts on meal worms

From what I've seen they can sometimes be difficult to digest, especially for younger dragons. They aren't the healthiest option but in my opinion are OK as an occasional snack. There are better more healthier options out there such as black soldier fly larvae and silkworms.
