I have a question. My 4 month old female beardie will eat her dubias and crickets only if I put them directly in front of her. She will not chase them and if I do not put them in front of her she will not eat and she will go back to her basking spot. Why is this and how can I encourage/motivate her to chase her dubias and crickets.
Thanks for your advice.

Try offering something different to try and get her interest. She might want to go after something bright like a small hornworm or something wiggly like a bunch of black soldier fly larvae. Sometimes just changing their diet up a bit gets their attention back.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
