Is my bearded dragon is kind of small for his age?

Hello my bearded dragon Eclipse is 9 months and about 12 inch ( I don't know how much he weighs)
he seems kind of small and looks like he isn't growing in size very much. Is there any good foods that can help him grow, also what are some good staple feeders, insects that I can fed him every day, or any good commercial food recommendations?

I agree, some photos of him and his enclosure would help. You can upload photos here https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ and post them to your thread using the XIMG button when you reply.

Some good staple bugs include black soldier fly larvae, crickets, roaches (Various kinds available but dubia are the most common in the US from what I've seen), silk worms, and hornworms. I would offer them on rotation and offer as much variety as you can. In addition, I would offer a variety of veges in a salad every day. I like to include 2-3 items from this list and rotate based on what looks fresh at the store or what I have available in my garden http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html

He looks small but he looks healthy. I don't see cause for concern. He probably has some growth spurts coming up in the next few months.
