What should I be feeding a 12 month old bearded dragon?

I am a new beardie owner, right now I am feeding my 12-month-old bearded dragon about 10 superworms a day 3 times in a week and dusting with D3 calcium. The rest of the week I am feeding her collared greens with bell pepper and some fruit and also dusting with calcium. When should I add more greens to her diet and if so how often should I be feeding super worms? Thanks, :D (This is her picture)

Hi Pepper, that's a beautiful dragon, great colors ! She's getting a tiny bit chubby, you'll want to offer other insects in rotation with superworms. Insects like crickets, dubia roaches, silkworms if you can get these. And salad can be offered every day. She looks really good though. :) BTW, you can always post your feeding questions in the feeding forum, you'll get more views there.

At twelve months, yes, they can still eat everyday (as opposed to a baby, which will eat 2-3x per day, or an adult, who will eat once every other day or so) . Right now your dragon is considered a 'subadult'. Plenty of greens each day, along with a rotation of bugs, though supers aren't the best, and should only be fed every once in a while. Better feeders include silkworms, dubia roaches, BSFL (black soldier fly larvae), crickets, or hornworms. Good luck!
