An Arcadia T5 at appropriate distance (about 12'') should provide sufficient UVB for D3 synthesis so a plain calcium is fine. I dust every bug meal with a light even coat of calcium. There is no need to add supplement to salads/veges. Fresh food should provide most needed hydration but dripping water on their nose so they can lick it up is a good way to offer extra if they want it.
