Freeze dried crickets

I bought freeze dried crickets and Cameron, my dragon, seems to love them a lot more than live crickets. Is it possible to just feed her freeze dried ones or is it more recommended to give her love ones?

I'd definitely feed live. While yes, they are more convient and such, live prey is always the healthier option. I'd only feed them in an emergency where you couldn't get live

Another advantage to live bugs is that you can feed them fresh veges so they provide plenty of hydration. Their main hydration source is their food so it's important to keep a fair amount of water in their diet.
