Adult beardie not eating veggies. Tips ?

I bought an adult beardie a couple days ago and he eats his roaches and super worms just fine but when i try to feed him his veggies he will turn his head like he’s not interested. No matter what i do he will find a way around it. If i mix his bowl with super worms he’ll indivually pick out the worms and not get any veggies. I’ve tried waiting until he eats and put a piece of collard greens in his mouth and he will literally spit it out. Ugh . Even tried colorful foods like carrots and sweet peppers, still nope. I believe his previous owners didn’t feed him veggies too often, the funny thing is though when i went to pick him up they put veggies in his tank and he ate it rIght up right in front of me! I’ve tried leaving it in his cage for the day and they were still all there. So my question is how do i get this dude to eat his veggies ? He is pretty healthy btw so I’m not worried too much i just want him to get his nutrients.

This was me until two days ago. I pretty much just gave up on veggies for like a year. I bought some escarole/arugala and now she eats them no problem... it was pretty strange. Would not TOUCH collared greens/dandelion. Maybe they prefer certain greens over others?

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
