Rainbow chard?

hi all, im being offered organically grown rainbow chard from a friend for my dragons and im wondering if theyre allowed? ive only read about swiss chard having binding chemicals in it so im unsure. thanks!

Chard is ok to feed just not frequently/as a large portion of the diet. Same as swiss chard it's not a good source of calcium.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
