I have seen several on here saying kale is ok to feed to beardies. Kale is not a good staple food nor is spinach. Both of these are very high in oxalates and will bind calcium. When the oxalates bind the calcium, it makes it virtually unusable for your beardie. Beardies need calcium for their bones and it is used when D3 is synthesized by UVB. Without calcium you run into problems of metabolic bone disease and possibly other problems. Kale can be fed once in a while, but care should be taken that its not fed as a staple food item. Please for your beardies sake do your research before feeding kale or spinach as a staple food. It can do more harm than good as a staple.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
