Yes, but what about the actual carrot tops, the green part?

I was never entirely sure about this Michael. But I did use them on and off as a staple with my first beardie. Iv also used them as a 'salad topper' - not for colour but because they have quite a strong smell which seems to attract the beardies... so, as they eat the carrot tops, they *should* get a few mouthfuls of the other greens, especially as they cant distinguish by colour

The actual green part is what my question is pertaining to, sorry if I was unclear on that.
From what I can gather they are nutritious but, I cannot find anything of a breakdown to show me as how it is nutritious. Just telling me that it is nutritious doesn't help lol

I wish I could find info as well...exactly *what* are the nutrients' *names*
I do know that I have read reputable sources state that they are high in Vit K and the carrot itself is not. It has antiseptic qualities and are a diuretic that is highly beneficial to the kidneys.

High in potassium as well. A few other things I have forgotten but will look up again later. Razz loves carrots so I wanted to know if the tops would be a good thing as well.

I also, however, found the information listed below. Now, as with anything we are unsure of there should be moderation anyway, I could not find out how *mild* mildly toxic is *sigh*.
So now I think I want to stick with things not on this list?

Sorry, wish I could help with your question! If I ever do find that info I will post it

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
