Your beardie should beable to get within 6 to 8 inches of your UVB.
So I would think that you need to put it above his basking spot if it is farther away than that.
I was just wondering if your UVB was long enough though?
Your viv looks to be rather large for the size light your using.
But then I wouldn't know as I use the MVB's.
I can't help but notice that you are using a dial thermometer I'm not sure if you are aware
that those thermometers can be up to 20* off. A digital probe would work better an a
infrared temp gun is the best. :wink:
