They can get ear infections if there ears stay damp, but you should have no problems if the cage is not humid.
Mine get soaked in water every other day and i have not had any issues, just dont spray inside the cage.

Just keep the tank under 40% and it will be fine
If you do need to spray in the enclosure, try to do it in the morning so it will dry out by lights out.
