New Beardie Katsu!!

I got my new 9 month old beardie rescue tonight! His name was Gus, but I have changed it to Katsu (meaning Victory!) He's hiding in the corner of his enclosure, so Im just going to let him be for a day or so. He looks nice and plump, but he has been living under a coil UV light his whole life. I have him under a repti-sun 10 tube light for now, and I will order him a Megaray. Its gonna be weird having two beardies...but I've always said, that if I get another one, it would be a rescue!

here's the new addition! he didn't hide in the corner for long! He ate some salad (that he came with) and has been running around! I think he likes having a good UV light!! So here's some pics of Katsu!!

Isn't he handsome! I love beardies that have all that extra beard hanging down. I don't know why, but it cracks me up! He does look extraordinarily healthy for a rescue - congratulations to you (for getting such a handsome fellow) and to him (for moving to a home where he will be spoiled like crazy!). :mrgreen:
