First time witnessing shedding

Hi I'm Tony and my little Lady Dragon's name is Amelia. I've had Amelia just about 3 weeks now and this morning I woke up to find she's beginning to shed. She's only eaten 1 cricket today (when normally she's devoured like 8 by now) but as soon as a piece of her old self falls off she gobbles it up. Is there a reason for this?

Not sure of that --- eating shed? Are you dusting the insects w / calcium D3 ? She should be getting that and vitamins w/ beta carotene--- Calcium D3 5 x per week ONCE per feeding and the vitamins 2 x per week ONCE per feeding- lightly coated -- what type of UVB are you using? No coils please
