Moving Bearded Dragon Between Homes

Hello, I’ve recently started looking into bearded dragons as pets, and I’m becoming more and more interested as I learn more. However I do have a question that I’ve yet to find an answer for. My parents are divorced, and so when I’m home I tend to go between the two houses (they still live a short drive between each other, so it’s not as if I spend hours on the road to do so). I was wondering how feasible it is to bring a bearded dragon back and forth like that. If they had a single terrarium that I transported between the two, would that be good enough, or would I need to have a separate terrarium for each house? Or would the back and forth be too stressful for one no matter what option?

It really kind of depends on the individual personality. Based on my experience they tend to do really well with car rides. My guy goes on road trips (or at least used to before this past year) pretty regularly. If you have a similar setup in both places, that's less hassle for you in terms of moving equipment back and forth. Adult dragons need at least a 4'x2'x2' enclosure which can be cumbersome to move. The dragons are pretty easy to move though. Just get a pet carrier or even a box with a towel or soft blanket at the bottom for them to sit on in the car.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
