Bearded dragon tank by window

i put my bearded dragons tank by the window where the sun never hits and i have a uvb light in his tank and his probe is in a certain spot and he does not seem over heated and temp in his tank is good should she be fine?

Can he see outside? That's good and bad- sometimes the birds can scare them -

yea he can see outside but birds rarely come by so he just likes to look out sometimes.
