My beardie has been brumating for about weeks now. I took her out to weigh her like I had been advised and I noticed what look liked shed coming out of her nose.
Is is it okay for them to shed while brumating? Is there anything I should do to help her with it?
She had a clean fecal test before she went down to brumate and her uvb is only about three weeks old.
She is housed in a 40g breeder tank
100watt basking bulb on a stand that can be moved closer or farther from the tank
UVB is a reptisun t8 10.0 24inch
I also use CHEs to manage Temps
He basking spot sits between 95-105°f cool side 75-80° and the warmside between 85-90°
Her humidity has been pretty low sitting around 20% on the cool side and 10-15% on the warm side since she's been brumating.
