Is it true they can’t breathe upside down?

I saw in a YouTube video that if a bearded dragon is flipped all the way upside down (on their back) they can’t breathe because they don’t have a diaphragm.

I would NEVER EVER do this anyways, but I thought it was a sort of interesting animal fact and was curious if anyone knew if it was true or completely ridiculously false.

Here is a thread where someone took the time to do some research on it, it's a good read.

Key is they most likely can, but it's also probably stressful on them to be on their backs.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
