He won’t bask?

My bearded dragon (13 months) does not really like to bask. Today he’s especially active, running around the front of his tank (sliding glass doors) and watching what’s going on outside the tank. He also sits on the lizard couch from Etsy i got him, which he LOVES, and that’s also placed in the front. He’s obsessed with what’s going on, and doesn’t spend too much time away from the front glass doors.

His basking spot is being moved around a lot which could contribute? I’m going to build something for him this weekend.
(He isn’t doing that behavior where he rubs his nose against the glass, he simply sits and looks out with his hand(s) on the glass).

Thoughts?

Yes the constant moving of that spot probably has not helped

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
