Tank in front of window?

We have a window in our front room that has a perfect spot for our dragons tank. There’s no direct sunlight that comes in plus only half of the tank would be right by the window. Would that be okay?

You would need to see if one it's too cold for winter and two is there a lot of birds out that window? If there is you would need to block view because the birds will stress him out
