My Bearded Dragon (2 years, male) got sevral stress marks on his belly, darkened in color and turned his beard black while he was sleeping on one of his heat cables (he realised where they were hidden a while ago). Should I be worried? Is that normal?

Heat cables????????? What is that ? There should be no heat mats or heat rocks used in the tank if you have proper lighting in the tank --- dragons heat from their backs not their stomachs-- if your using heat rocks or heat cables please remove them -- its possible it is too hot and he has burned himself if hes turning black that could be a sign of pain or distress / or both --- he needs basking temps of 95-110 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer NO stick ons they are inaccurate --- NO coil UVB's they are no good

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
