Sorry if this has been discussed before.. relatively new bd owners, our little sweetheart is in the process of laying infertile eggs for the first time. We are wondering what to do with the eggs #1 and #2 should we leave her lights on for her? I appreciate all the incoming advice

If you're absolutely sure the eggs are infertile, you can discard them.

Do not leave lights of any kind on at night; this only disturbs/upsets circadian rhythms.

Whenever a dragon is laying, if it's late at night + you're not sure if she's done, then you could leave the lights on until she has finished and give an extra half hour so she can settle down. Once in a great while they start laying late in evening when it would normally be time for the lights to be turned off so you would keep the lights on like I mentioned. Other than that, keep the normal light schedule.

Hello,

How is your girl doing?
Is she done laying now? It can definitely be a stressful time for them. Be sure that
you get some extra calcium into her to help her replace her calcium stores properly.
As suggested, if you are sure they are infertile then you can just toss them. If there
are any doubts they could be fertile then definitely don't throw them away because
they could hatch out in the trash. Unless you are prepared to hatch them out placing
them in the freezer will humanely take care of them so that they wont develop.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
