That sounds like a reasonable schedule to me.
That schedule should work fine then 
Do note though, that you only need to dust 1 feeding per day.
So on monday, you're set to dust with Calcium. If he eats 3 insect meals on monday, only 1 of those meals needs to have dusted insects. Otherwise you risk over supplementing Same with the vitamins.
Calcium 5x a week, not 5 days a week.
Vitamins 2x a week, not 2 days a week.
If that makes sense
What UV source are you using? If you are using a T8 bulb, it might be best to use calcium + D3. Or at least use it a half the time.

He has a T5 10.0 reptisun tube. So the schedule I listed Shiite is good??
